Take Zumba classes at Florida Southern's Wellness Center! It's a great way for me to get some dancing in with an awesome group of people, it's a huge stress reliever for me, and it's also such a good exercise session.

What has been your favorite class?

My favourite class has been Anatomy and Physiology because irregardless of how challenging and time-consuming the class is, I'm able to learn so many things about the human body and actually understand why things happen the way they do.

What is your favorite spot/thing to do in Lakeland?

I love getting Acai Bowls at Tea Largo!
