In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, go for lake walks or lake drives, and go support our sports teams at their games.

What has been your favorite class?

My favorite course has been one of my nursing lab classes during which we utilized the mannequins to learn skills like IV Starts. We used simulations that required us to figure out as a team how to take care of our mannequin patient. It was a great collaborative experience with the professor as well. This class also prepared us for our clinical in the hospital where we get to work side by side with nurses and work with live patients.

Why Florida Southern?

I chose Florida Southern because it felt like home. Not a minute have I ever felt alone or unimportant. I have felt valued from the first step onto this campus . I love walking around campus everyday and see at least 15 faces that I know and love. It truly is a family here. We all support each other whether it's during sporting events, community service, or performances.

What is your favorite spot/thing to do in Lakeland?

My favorite spot is definitely Palace Pizza. I love good food and Palace Pizza has a delicious pizza.
